Ms. Critchley has international experience in prosecuting patent applications specializing in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, biochemistry, polymers, cell and molecular biology, and fluorescent imaging technologies. She has also assisted in drafting patentability, validity and infringement opinions.
While serving as a Technical Specialist for a Japanese IP law firm, she assisted in infringement and invalidation litigation suits as well as freedom-to-operate searches and opinions. She served as a co-leader of the Biotechnology, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technical Specialist team and was involved in the supervision and training of 13 other team members. In recognition of this work, she was awarded “Outstanding Effort Award” in 2011.
Outside of the office, Ms. Critchley enjoys snowboarding, running, cooking, and karaoke.
