Mr. Sung-Hoon Kim presented recent CAFC cases on subject matter eligibility of software patents during the KAIPBA’s bimonthly seminar (8/15/13). In addition, his article, “Recent Trend on Subject Matter Eligibility of Software Patents” was published in the Electronic Times in Korea on 9/4/13.
